You can try different methods, to delete it or try to delete it. But you'll never be sure if something stays behind. So Format would be the solution here. And then buy a good anitvirus software :P or avoid risky sites

@para
To remove malware:

Try scanning your whole PC with different good and free virus scanners, like Avira AntiVir or Avast (Don't use 2 anti virus programs at once tho!)
Run a full system scan with Ad-Aware
Run a full system scan with Spybot S&D
[...]
Format the PC.

Of course update all to newest version first.

Increase security of your system:

Get a good anti virus scanner, keep it up to date
Download windows security updates
Use a safer Browser (Firefox + Noscript Addon = Image)

Update Brain.exe (or: be careful)

Don't download untrustable executable files (normally .exe), or files from untrustable sites
Don't surf on potentially dangerous sites, like random porn sites, use youpo**.com or redtu**.com. Image

Lol, no porn Don, Torrent game. Anyhow explain format? becuase i only get re-formatting, and i dont want to re-format my pc o.o becuase i know there is no need to. I used avast, but it did not sucessfull delete the worm, so i tried AVG instead and seemed to work aparently (i didnt use at the same time. Which i already knew about =3)

I use opera, isnt that good enough :(?

format, re-format or however it's called, best way to kill serious malware is to install everything new :P
But ye I put it at the end for a reason, I would always try other ways first, too ;)

Errr It's kinda as good as Firefox, but the point is the Addon Noscript for Firefox. It doesn't allow any "advanced" web features that could cause trouble if used badly by some site, just normal things like text, pictures etc, no javascript, flash or whatever.
And you only allow the rest to sites you trust, safest way to surf on any unknown sites. Image
